I am really one of the those people who are very conscious with my health. As much as possible, I want to have a healthy lifestyle and I want to have this strong physical build to live quality life. So, I am not eating unhealthy foods that would damage any part of my body. I neither smoke nor drink. Furthermore, I am now trying to avoid high calories foods. I am also trying to get rid of junk foods which can have negative effects on my internal body.
Well, I think one of the most important part for me is my heart. I want to do my best to avoid having heart diseases that would lessen my strength and which can hinder me to do the things I love to do. I don't want to end up being hospitalized and have Coronary bypass surgery. I've known a lot who have been under a Heart bypass surgery and I don't like what they feel or what their family feel about it.
With this, I am really trying my very best to avoid things that could trigger any heart disease. I always do some exercise that is good for my cardiovascular system and I intend to totally eliminate the word stress on my life. I am a writer and this work is really pressuring but because I don't want to end up having heart problems, I am doing things that can divert pressure in a positive aspects. Apart from the also, I tried to read different information about how to take good care of the heart to avoid any Heart bypass.
